		<description>Actually, I&#039;ve done a really good job of keeping a practice log since July.  It helps that I have an attractive notebook and I can write swear words in it.  I think that should be part of your pep talk: if you keep a practice log, it can be attractive on the outside BUT you can write illegibly, draw pictures, and cuss in it. I think I hated keeping a log in school because my teachers insisted on seeing it.</description>
